Camden McDonald-González is a writer and director born in Silver Spring, MD and raised in Spanish Fork, UT. He is a current undergraduate student majoring in Film and Media Arts at the University of Utah.
Drawing from a rich understanding of World Cinema and the American Independents, his films follow the lives of those caught in the crossfires of the American Dream, told with a Classical Hollywood flare.
He received recognition for achievement in original screenwriting at the 2025 Zappers student film showcase for his short film Juniper.
